Bayside Council provides grant funding to local not for profit, community based, leisure and cultural organisations and groups to support the continued provision and development of a broad range of sustainable community, cultural and leisure services for residents.

Applications for projects that aim to create a more socially inclusive community and engage diverse communities of all ages are strongly encouraged.
There are two types of grants:
- Small Grants (up to $2,000) for the purchase of equipment, special activities or information resources.
- Seeding Grants (up to $5,000) to establish new or expand existing programs that foster initiatives to address the social, cultural, creative, artistic and leisure needs of the community.
